These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which Skomia provides the creation and delivery of personalized videos and custom photo animations.
Prices are listed in Euros, VAT included. Payment is made in full at the time of order through the secure Stripe platform. The order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
The customer agrees to provide information and content that is accurate, complete, and lawful. Skomia reserves the right to refuse any order that would violate public order, public decency, or that is technically unfeasible. Confirming the order constitutes final confirmation of the information provided by the customer (text, names, photographs, and personalization details).
Personalized videos are typically completed and delivered within 24 to 72 hours after the order is fully confirmed (payment received and all materials provided). These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
Skomia videos are fully personalized and created specifically for each order.
One free revision is provided when it results from an error on Skomia's part, including:
However, any request to change the message, scenario, names, photographs, or any other element after the order has been confirmed or after the video has been completed will be treated as a new creation request and may involve additional time and extra fees.
We encourage every customer to carefully review all details before confirming their order.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized services whose performance has begun with the customer's consent.
The delivered video becomes the customer's property for strictly personal, non-commercial use. Skomia retains the right to use the videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio), unless the customer expressly objects at the time of ordering.
Skomia is committed to creating each video with the care and professionalism it deserves. Skomia cannot be held liable for any unlawful or improper use of content provided by the customer. The customer remains solely responsible for the text, photos, and information they submit.
The customer guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the photographs and content they submit. This information is handled confidentially and deleted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
Skomia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. The Terms of Service that apply to an order are those in effect on the day the order is confirmed.
